A fabulous searching nymph which can be quite deadly in big fast runs and has been a huge fish taker for many. First tied in the early 1930's it has transitioned into a pretty widely used nymph. I personally would not use it without a bedhead so we only stock the beadhead. I think fly was called something like "The brown fork". Anything tied with peacock herl is a winner...!
